AHEV概念车所用的"GEM"混合动力总成，这些概念车运用了广汽集团汽车工程研究院（以下简称"广汽汽研院"）最新开发的"电磁耦合混合动力系统"、"纯电动汽车动力总成技术"等自主知识产权技术以及最新的造型、构型设计。此次参展的自主品牌概念车，集中体现了绿色环保、节能减排、安全、高科技的开发理念，也标志着广汽集团在掌握一流造车技术的基础上，致力于汽车核心新技术的研究开发与实用化。

The GEM hybrid assembly Mounted on AHEV is the core of the whole GEM hybrid system,It ingeniously integrates the four functionalities into one,namely generator,motor,mechano-electrical power splitter and large-range CVT,and is more efficient, compact and convenient for control,repressenting an innovative breakthrough in hybrid technology.The GEM system is one of the long-term joint R&D fruits obtained by GAC and South China University of Technology,and GAC owns its intellectual properties,besides, AHEV is also equipped with advanced Li-Poly battery pack.
